Addie's Material Goods is a unique "materials" store offering a variety of fabric with over 3000 bolts of high quality quilt fabrics to choose from. We are all about textiles with plenty of books, patterns, kits, and notions. We also provide classes taught in our in store classrooms. 

Addie's is located in a Victorian-style home on the main street of Cochrane, Alberta, Canada. Cochrane is situated 20 minutes West of Calgary in the foothills of the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

Since its establishment in 1998, Addie's has quickly become a destination quilt shop.  Not only is the fabric selection extensive, but Addie's is truly a home for quilt making. On display inside the store are quilts made by some of Alberta's finest quilters and these are complimented by a collection of beautiful antiques.

Addie's was featured in Best of Quilt Sampler, March, 2007 Better Homes and Gardens Craft Collection publication. Our original quilt design, Alberta Stars, was featured on the cover.
